Faye Ralph
BA (Hons), Dip, MBACP Psychotherapist (Accred)
I’m an integrative psychotherapist, EMDR practitioner, and clinical supervisor, and an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).
I offer a warm, respectful, and supportive space where you can talk freely and be heard.
I have extensive experience delivering both short- and long-term solution-focused therapy and counselling to adults and young people.
I work in ways that are inclusive, accessible, and affirming. I’m committed to providing a safe space for people of all backgrounds, identities, and abilities, including LGBTQIA+ clients, neurodivergent individuals, and those living with disability or chronic illness.
How therapy with me works
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Our work together is shaped around you, your experiences, and what feels important right now.
We can all become trapped in negative patterns of behaviour that feel difficult to change, whether in our relationships with others or in our relationship with ourselves. I work collaboratively with you to help you better understand the underlying causes of the challenges you are facing, supporting you to gain clarity and create meaningful change.
What I can help you with
I work with adults experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including:
-
Anxiety and ongoing worry
-
Depression and low mood
-
Trauma and difficult past experiences
-
Grief and loss
-
Low self-esteem and confidence
-
Relationship difficulties
-
Eating disorders
You don’t need to know exactly what’s wrong to start therapy. A sense that something isn’t working is enough.
